Our philosophy is simple yet powerful: if we can't save you at least our professional fee through our extensive network, transaction expertise, and negotiation skills, then there's little value in proceeding further.
When buying real estate, we operate on a success-based model, charging a fee of 1% to 5% of the sale price, depending on the size and complexity of the transaction (with a minimum fee of $16,500), upon the successful completion of the transaction. If a purchase isn’t made, your costs are limited to a sign-on/administration fee.
When you have decided to sell and dispose of an asset, you may choose to engage a seller’s advisor, also known as a vendor’s advocate, to help take the stress out of the selling process. When we engage an agent to assist in selling your property, the agent will charge a commission for this service. If you also decide to use a seller’s advisor or vendor’s advocate, there is no additional cost to you.
